PEDIATRIC Dentist

Meet Dr. Amanda

Dr. Amanda was born and raised in Southern New  Jersey. She always planned to become a dentist and worked hard throughout her academic career to achieve this dream. After high school, she attended Virginia Tech and received a Bachelor of Science in biochemistry. Dr. Amanda then went on to pursue dentistry at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, the first dental school in the country. During this time, she grew to love working with children and decided to pursue a residency program in pediatrics based in Philadelphia. Recently, she has relocated to Charlotte to be closer to her parents who reside in Wilmington, NC. She is excited to meet her new patient families, explore Charlotte, and to escape the snow up north.

Meet Dr. J

Meet Dr. J, the dynamic force behind our orthodontic team, where expertise and enthusiasm come together for truly transformative care! Dr. J kicked off his journey with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a pre-med concentration from the University of South Carolina. He then earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Dental College of Georgia in Augusta, where he discovered his passion for orthodontics and a patient-first approach. Dr. J’s dedication to excellence means every patient gets a personalized treatment plan, helping them achieve their brightest, most confident smiles. As a board-certified orthodontist with the American Board of Orthodontics, Dr. J brings top-notch skills and a vibrant energy to our practice.

Such a great practice! The staff is so kind and accommodating. All three of my kids are patients here - and one of my kids has extra medical needs. Marlee went above and beyond to accommodate to her and create an inclusive and anxiety free environment. Dr Amanda was fantastic as well. I wish I could be a patient here as an adult!!!
